RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in developing functional requirements, testing, training and implementing applications.  Assist in mining, analyzing and interpreting data and information from the data warehouse to meet specific client and business needs.Assist in planning, developing, implementing, and supporting new or existing Customer Relationship Management functions and complex databases to ensure data availability, accessibility and accuracyParticipate in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating sales, marketing and administrative user needs.Review and maintain company database dictionaries and ensuring system integration.Analyze marketing data and generate reports on customer information, call patterns, and demographics.Identify data sources, construct data decomposition diagrams, and provide data flow diagrams and documentation for data constructing and maintaining processes.Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reportsWork with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business processesUse data to create modelsWork with department managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis projectEXPERIENCE Must have experience with managing large volumes of data, including its storage, transfer, compression, encryption, analysis, reporting and recording.Background working as a technology professional supporting internal and external clients, primarily those representing technology operations, financial services, and law firms is preferred.Experience in data models and reporting packages

EDUCATION

Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.

Undergraduate degree in mathematics / computer science / statistics / economics

The typical base range for this role is between $100 to $134K per year depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
