What You'll Do:

As a member of our AXSI team, you'll be at the forefront of measurement and experimentation. Your role will be crucial in helping our clients understand and maximise their return on investment while driving innovation in the rapidly evolving digital advertising landscape.

Incrementality measurement: Enable advertisers to quantify and understand the true value of Criteo's solutions through sophisticated measurement methodologiesClient Consultations: Partner with advertisers to deeply understand their business objectives and define meaningful success metrics for their advertising investmentsExperimentation Design: Craft and implement robust testing strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and business contextAnalysis & Communication: Transform complex experimental data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clientsMeasurement Innovation: Contribute to our suite of measurement tools, enabling teams across Criteo to evaluate and optimise their initiativesData-Driven Innovation: Leverage cutting-edge tech like Hadoop, Vertica, Tableau, Git, Python, and SQL to transform complex business challenges into groundbreaking solutionsCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial teams and clients to deliver insights that drive revenue and foster client successWho You Are:A problem-solver with a passion for analytics and a logical approach to challengesSolid foundation in statistical inference methodologies and experience in designing and analysing A/B testsInterested in solving data problems using Python & SQL, and enthusiastic about automating and scaling solutionsBusiness-minded with a goal to turn data insights into actionable strategiesAbility to synthesise complex information and present clear, actionable recommendationsTeam player who thrives in a collaborative, inclusive, and vibrant workspaceFluent in English and skilled at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiencesEligible to work in Spain with no restrictions
