Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will support Vybond by analyzing data to drive informed decision-making. This role involves collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve operational efficiency, product quality, and overall business performance.  This role will work closely with the different functional groups in the company to understand and provide information necessary to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities Collect and analyze data from various sources, including sales, production lines, quality control, and supply chain.Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in different company processes.Create and present detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven improvements in company processes.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track progress.Utilizing technical skills, such as Python and SQL, to enhance, accelerate, and scale existing processesAssist training and support to staff on data-related tools and best practices.Assist with the creation of various ad-hoc reporting requestsAssist with documentation updatesOther duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and Excel.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with assertiveness and strong initiative.Desire to understand business problems and evaluate results in a business context.Written and verbal communication skills adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences.Team-oriented thinking with enthusiasm for continuous learningKnowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards is a plus.
