About the Role
We are seeking highly analytical and data driven Data Analyst to join Corsair’s eCommerce team. This role is responsible for analyzing data from our eCommerce platform and Google to support business insights and strategic decision-making. Focus for the role will be to analyze full funnel behavior related to our websites, visitor behavior, product performance, as well as sales and digital marketing performance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, webstore, product, and IT teams to optimize our eCommerce performance and web presence.
Here is what you will do as part of the team:
Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic, user behavior, and eCommerce metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Collect and analyze website performance data, including traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and user behavior to monitor trends and identify opportunities. Analyze data from CDP to define customer segmentation data to identify target audiences and optimize marketing campaigns. Support A/B testing to measure the impact of website changes and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies and solutions for both web and eCommerce initiatives. Define tracking/event requirements to support business goals and analysis Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and website performance metrics. Create regular reports and dashboards, summarizing important findings and presenting applicable insights to the management team.Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in web analytics or eCommerce analytics Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst focusing on web and eCommerce analytics. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, web analytics, and digital marketing metrics. Must have proficiency in SQL and GA4, Snowflake, mParticle. Experience working with large and complex datasets. Familiarity with web technologies and tracking implementations, including tagging, pixels, and cookies. Excellent data visualization skills (Looker Studio, PowerBi) and ability to communicate complex insights effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Annual Salary Range $90,000—$120,000 USD
