Job Title: Analyst, IS Business Intelligence (Data Analyst) Pay rate: $48 - $51 per hour Duration: 9 Months W2 contract only (No C2C) Location- Redmond, WA , 98052 + **Job Summary** :The following outlines the ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS of the position. Provides data analysis and interpretation of data results in support of the Operations team through the development of reporting tools and acquiring data through existing systems and tools. Creates, standardizes, validates, and documents data and data reporting. + **Responsibilities and Functions** : + Develop and implement data collection systems, databases, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize operations efficiency and quality. + Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques. + Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. + Work with departmental managers to outline specific data needs for projects and reporting. + Develop dashboards to inform business decisions with an emphasis on automation and scalability. + Translate manufacturing data into actionable information. + Employ root cause analysis and troubleshooting to data reports and system tools. + Perform other related duties as required. + **Educational Level and Special Training Required** : + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. + **Work Experience Required** : + 1-2 years of work experience as a data analyst or equivalent. + **Qualifications and Skills** : + Strong computer skills, including standard Microsoft applications. + Basic experience interfacing with server-based database systems. + Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. + Strong attention to detail. + Demonstrated communication skills (written and oral). + Demonstrated ability to innovate. + Understanding of processes and data entry related to standard functions in a manufacturing company. + Education or experience in statistics or business analytics. + Related experience in FDA-/ISO-controlled environments. *** If this position may be interested to you, please email me back at somp767@kellyservices.com with your most up to date resume in word format) and advise the best time and number at which you can be reached**** As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
