Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled data analyst to join our team and help us with engineering metrics and report preparation. The ideal candidate should have experience with MSSQL, Power BI, Excel, Jira, Azure TFS, and Flow.

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data from various sources to create engineering metrics and reports

Develop and maintain dashboards using PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations based on data insights

Create and maintain automated reports using Excel, Jira, Azure TFS, and Flow

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits

Communicate data insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

1+ years of experience as a data analyst or a similar role

Strong experience with MSSQL, PowerBI, Excel, Jira, Azure TFS, and Flow

Experience with data visualization tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and accuracy
