**Job Requisition ID #** 24WD82327 **Responsibilities:** Produce business and customer insights by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Develop or apply analytical or statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data to provide usable information. Prepare data for processing by organizing information, checking for inaccuracies, and adjusting and weighting the raw data. Present statistical and nonstatistical results, using charts, bullets, and graphs, in meetings or conferences to audiences such as stakeholders and peers. Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy. Work as an individual contributor with opportunities for management as we grow the team. Collaborate with Product Managers to explore new product ideas or enhancement. Must be available to work projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States and abroad. Telecommuting is permitted. **Minimum Requirements** : Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Management, or related field. Telecommuting is permitted. **Skill Requirements:** Position requires at least one semester of graduate-level coursework or some experience in each of the following skills: + Gathering business requirements from stakeholders, preparing ad-hoc reports and dashboards utilizing automation whenever possible + Design relational data model and SQL coding for analysis and to answer strategic business questions + Utilization of Python or R to perform statistical analysis and data visualization + Ability to apply Agile/Scrum practices and project management skills like scope management, project documentation using tools including Lucid charts/draw + Manipulation of big data with popular tools including either MapReduce, Spark SQL or Hive to build data pipelines + Design and Develop Dimension Data models for enterprise use using concepts including either star-schema, or snowflake schema, and facts and dimensions tables. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $116,646 - $165,600/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
