Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Chesterfield, MO. This role requires daily, weekly and monthly functions related to adjustments/cancels/refunds of customer contracts. Responsibilities: * Data Analyst will verify, and process return premium requests and cancels * Handle contract importing and activations, including error log * Process refunds for out-of-business call centers * As a Data Analyst, you will perform a series of processes for cancelled/rejected contracts * Recommends best practices and recommendations for business operations * Other responsibilities as assigned
