We boldly go. **Job Summary:** This position is self-directed and is responsible for performing quality assurance tasks and activities with minimal guidance and supervision. This role is an Independent Contributor, and interaction is potentially with all levels of the organization. Responsible for support of data management. Maintain the document control system, both electronic and hard copies, and control access and reproduction. Ensure all records are met in accordance with Trane standards. **About the Role – You will:** + Ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and creating standard work. + Create new documents and forms + Coordinating and conducting reviews of reports generated. + Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them. + Monitor status of in-process document changes to ensure timely revisions + Responsible for document maintenance and storage + Frequently conduct document audits confirming they are current and accurately reflect recorded evidence + Assist with the documentation and monitoring of the Corrective Action process, ensuring appropriate address for all actions resulting frominternal and external audit findings, concerns, observations, and any nonconformances that warrant a process change/corrective action. + Assist with the documentation, response, and monitoring of the nonconformance reporting process and any actions resulting from a given nonconformance. + Assist with prep for quality audits + Assist with creating and maintaining training material + Exemplify the Trane core values on a day-to-day basis. + Automate Scorecards such as supervisor and plant performance scorecards: + Develop and implement automated processes for capturing supervisor scorecard data at HR MWI. + Enhance the existing scorecard system to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability. + Collaborate with HR and supervisory teams to understand requirements and ensure the scorecard meets organizational needs. + Simplify the existing labor-intensive plant performance scorecard process. + Link data from multiple sources to create a cohesive and automated reporting system. + Ensure the new system provides accurate and timely performance metrics. + Data Integration and Management: + Integrate data from various internal and external sources to support scorecard automation. + Maintain data integrity and accuracy throughout the automation process. + Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, processes, and systems. + Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for data automation and integration. + Continuously monitor and refine automated processes to ensure optimal performance. + Gather data from a variety of sources + Create clear and legible visualizations to simplify complex data + Analyze data using statistical tools to find trends + Generating models to predict performance + Communicate technical information clearly, using data visualization and presentation techniques + Alert management about concerning trends in data + Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, plant operations, and IT, to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. + Train end-users on new automated systems and provide ongoing support as needed. + Additional duties as assigned. **About Our Group:** · This position will be part of the Quality team that supports Trane’s Manufacturing and Engineering operations at our Pueblo, Colorado facility. · The Quality team strives to ensure that our values, culture, and engagement always allow us to do great things for our requested **Experience and Skills Required:** · High School or Technical Degree required with minimal of 3 years’ experience in related field. · Must be computer -savvy and proficient experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) · Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (written and verbal) · Predisposition for catching error and enacting appropriate changes · Must able to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks and ability to meet strict deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment. · Ability to assertively interact with people at all levels of the organization · Ability to manage time and prioritize, as well as multi-task · Ability to handle highly confidential business information · Strong attention to detail ·
