Data Analyst
Description We are in search of a detail-oriented Data Analyst to assist with an efficiency initiative. Situated in Caldwell, Idaho, 83605, United States. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, and involves a combination of indoor and outdoor tasks. As a Data Analyst, you will be integral in driving efficiency initiatives, validating system integrity, and working closely with various departments, including Accounting and Leadership. Responsibilities: • Undertake thorough analysis of hours applied to ensure optimal resource allocation. • Validate the system to ensure it is not manipulated or misused, thereby maintaining the integrity of our operations. • Utilize existing dashboards for data visualization and contribute to their enhancement as necessary. • Leverage your skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and visualization. • Utilize your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, our ERP system, to streamline and automate processes. • Employ data mining techniques to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends in complex data sets. • Collaborate with different teams, including Accounting, Leadership, and Supervisors, to understand their data needs and deliver appropriate solutions. • Create and maintain dashboards for various stakeholders, aiding in swift and informed decision-making. • Apply your skills in AB Testing and Analytics to drive business intelligence and inform strategic decisions. • Prepare and update Business Requirement Documents to capture the evolving needs of the business. Requirements • Proficiency in data mining techniques and data visualization tools. • Knowledge of Informatica and Maps API. • Familiarity with Microsoft products including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Experience in AB Testing and analytics. • Understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques. • Ability to create dashboards for data presentation and analysis. • Capability to compile and interpret business requirement documents. • Strong technical and analytical skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work in a team and independently. • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. • Relevant certification in data analysis is an added advantage.
