Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Data Analyst for the Office of Advanced Research Computing. The Rutgers Clinical & Research Data Warehouse (CRDW) Data Analyst position involves contributing to various aspects of clinical research data management, analysis, and visualization.

Among the key duties of this position are the following: Assists in maintaining data quality, performing analytical tasks, developing visualization techniques, and aiding in the selection and application of analytical tools within a clinical research data warehouse context. Uses EPIC data structures and other healthcare-related data systems. Leads team efforts to ensure data Quality Assurance (QA) processes are effectively implemented, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of clinical research data within the data warehouse. Develops data visualization techniques to present findings and insights effectively, aiding in the interpretation and communication of results to stakeholders. Develops analytical workflows, optimizing processes for data acquisition, analysis, and reporting within the clinical research context. Recommends, selects and implements appropriate analytical tools and methodologies to support research teams in leveraging data for analysis. Understands and adheres to Rutgers’ compliance standards as they appear in RBHS’s Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy. Keeps abreast of all pertinent federal, state and Rutgers’ regulations, laws and policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified. Performs other related duties as assigned.
