DBHDS’ Office of Information Services and Technology (IS&T) is seeking a skilled business analyst with expertise in requirements gathering and documentation of a data extract guide for a new web service.
Three to five years experience as a Business Analyst with experience in data management requirements analysis required. Prior experience (3 – 5 years) with SOA, web services requirements, and development of data extract guides preferred. The business analyst will obtain and document requirements for data elements to be included in a data extract guide. The guide will be used by architects and software developers who will design, code, and implement a new data exchange web service for the Infant and Toddler Online Tracking System (ITOTS). This position is responsible for ensuring delivery of a thoroughly documented data extract guide. This position will work closely with subject matter experts (SME) in the business unit and staff in Information Services & Technology (IS&T).
