About the position
Partner extensively with other teams and business partners within and outside the department (such as sales, marketing, product owners, data science and data visualization teams) to deliver business solutions and support decision making
- Liaise with Technology partners to understand the data source and suggest enhancements as needed
- Utilize proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking to address challenges
- Build, monitor and review data models and conduct analyses based on specific requirements
- Provide analytics and insight for various business initiatives and projects
- Prepare and deliver presentations to highlight important metrics and showcase achievements
- Create relevant documentation where needed
- Support campaigns data creation for the data products and work on sizing of these campaigns
- Collaborate with the broader team to merge the inputs from the machine learning models into the required analysis
- Assist in the development of Tableau dashboards and data visualizations for reporting to senior management and business users including Financial Advisors

You have
- 3 years data analytics experience
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Management or Economics or IT or Data Science
- Tech skills: hands on experience in SQL
- Strong analytical mindset
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented and ability to handle, prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for providing help to navigate through complex decisions for clients
- Experience in interpreting and creating data models and reports
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Great presentation skills

You might also have
- Background in the Financial Services Industry, with an emphasis on wealth management
- Experience working with technology teams closely
- Experience in data modelling and visualization technologies, such as: Dataiku, Alpine, Snowflake, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, R
