Brief Description: As an analyst, you will support the Lightening Platform and T-CRM within Salesforce for the SRD/RBD sales team, specifically using your analytical and critical thinking skills for maintenance and development. Also, support future divisional integrations, analytics, data management and documentation.

Responsibilities

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

Administration and T-CRM (Einstein Analytics) Tasks in SalesforceReview, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues expressed by the sales teamCollect, enter, and/or test data into analytics toolsTest sandbox and production data against source ERPSupport planned deployment activitiesAid with defining scope and requirements Assist with testing of new functionalities and enhancements Aid with building and implementing Salesforce solutionsMonitors function, data, and effectiveness of sales reporting tools and processes.Extract data from various sources to create datasetsAssist in various applications development, maintaining documentation, and analytics Qualifications

Experience/Requirements: 

 

Required: 

Technical skills, diligence, ability to create documentation and an eagerness to learn.Previous experience with relational databases, data normalization, parent-child relationships, object structure, field mapping and dataflows. Excellent listening skills, inquisitive, and self-motivatedFamiliar with business intelligence (BI) toolsSolid skills in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skillsContinuous improvement mindset - Plans strategies to ensure error-free work and conveys this attitude in the daily performance.Process and data drivenCreate and maintain documentation that is logical and structuredFinds value rather than offense with product delivery evaluations Strong desire to learn and likes to take on a challenge4-year Bachelor's degree

Preferred: 

Salesforce, CRM experienceFamiliarity with business process automations including (but not limited to): Lightning Flow, workflow rules, advanced formulas, approval processes, and flow builder/process builderSalesforce SAQL, SQLSalesforce Admin. or Analytics CertificationsKnowledge of GitHub and Heroku EnvironmentsSteel industry experience
