About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 07 The Team: The Candidate will be part of energetic and highly motivated Public Ownership team based in Hyderabad, India. Our goal is to study the market’s legislation and the different public financial data sources that will allow us, together with the tech team, building repeatable processes and deliver new solutions to the market. Success is measured through our capacity of finding new ways to broaden our data coverage, as well as enhancing the collection procedures. Responsibilities: This role offers a great opportunity to understand the markets & provide best client experience from public ownership content and products. This will offer exposure to senior stakeholders from different teams. • Perform research on various sources through data extraction and collection as per guidelines. • Deliver on expected productivity and timeliness targets deliver accurate defect free work doing right the first time. • Identify and report any new disclosures or gaps in policies or procedures. • Build subject matter expertise towards various workflow and processes of the data set. • Contribute towards process improvement through error check audit suggestions and tool enhancements • Collection, Standardization, and validation of corporate annual, semi-annual, or quarterly financial data from companies; published reports. • Deliver on predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and excellence. • Troubleshoot problems or issues and provide support to the team. Competencies: • Basic business & financial knowledge. Better with a specialization. • Have good research and analytical skills. • Have good interpersonal and communication skills. • Be a quick learner. • Have a result-oriented mindset. • Be a team player. • Understand basic excel and power point skills. • Need to have professionalism and good work ethics. • The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts, able to multi-task and work in a team environment with different competencies. • Comfortable taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness. • Strong ability to learn and apply to new/emerging technologies. • Strong attention to detail and persistent approach to work. • Ability to concentrate, focus and deliver consistently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Basic Qualifications: • PGDM/MBA/M.Com • Streams Eligible – Any Stream with Finance as Major • Well versed with Internet searching and Microsoft Office • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver with regard to fast deadlines. • An inquisitive and investigative nature. • A Positive attitude, strong interest in research, flair for writing and an eye for detail. • Ability to interact with many levels and to face and deal with issues in a mature and professional manner Minimum and Preferred Experience: • Looking for Freshers.
