Data Analyst What we are looking for: Aldridge Electric is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across various departments. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data related to project performance, safety, financials, and more. What you’ll do: Duties including the following: + Collect and integrate data from various sources, including project management software, ERP systems, safety databases, and external sources. + Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency. + Develop and maintain databases and data systems for efficient data management. + Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. + Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders. + Analyze project performance metrics, such as cost, schedule, and resource allocation, to identify areas for improvement. + Conduct statistical analysis to identify risk factors and predict potential project delays or cost overruns. + Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights. + Prepare reports and presentations to communicate data-driven recommendations to management. + Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging data analysis techniques. Who you are: We are pursuing experienced professionals with the following qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. + Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the construction industry. + Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes. + Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques. + Advanced skills in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations. + Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
