Job Description:

Location: Kennesaw, Georgia

CoWorx Staffing is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to help with a special project located in Kennesaw, GA. This is an IN-OFFICE position with hours from 8:30 am- 5 pm, Monday-Friday.

The Data Analyst provides monthly reporting and Ad hoc reporting to management and the project team. He / she develops and maintains the Web Intelligence and Siebel reporting for the service team. This position develops new reports and forecasting tools used for the on-going management of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the processing of data for project, ensuring that information and paperwork from a variety of sources is input/filed correctly to reflect the company’s progress on the project
• Provide ad hoc reports based on the progress of the project, develop a very detailed understanding of how the process works, and the processes involved.
• Be able to run a summary meeting for the project each week
• Maintain the dashboard associated with the project work with other internal staff to identify areas of opportunity within the project and create an outreach plan, communicate with SAP and SIEBEL support to update verified information in our servers.
• Develop and delivery monthly and quarterly service reports involving slides/inputs from multiple department members, able to summarize and understand the business based on provided numbers
• Work with Business Objects Team to manage the development of reporting dashboards for ongoing internal projects, meet regularly with SAP support staff to develop skillset
• Provide other team members with Business Objects support via ad hoc reports of development of reporting tools
• Able to use Excel Power Query to manage large data sources quickly

Desired Background/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in data analytics, computer science, statistics, information systems, or related disciplines.
• Ability to organize, clean, and interpret large sets of data.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis purposes.
• Skills in statistical and regression analysis to track and identify trends.
