This role requires exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work closely with both the general manager and client representatives. This is an office-based position with occasional travel and standard business hours with the potential for overtime during peak billing periods.Key Responsibilities Collect and compile detailed transit shuttle operation data from multiple sourcesPerform comprehensive data verification and validation to ensure accuracy of billable hours and servicesCreate detailed Excel spreadsheets documenting shuttle routes, passenger counts, mileage, and billable servicesGenerate monthly billing reports with precise calculations and clear presentationsReconcile discrepancies in transit data and maintain meticulous recordsCollaborate with the general manager to develop insights and improve data collection processesPrepare executive summaries and presentations of analytical findingsEnsure compliance with client billing requirements and internal reporting standards Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business (Preferred) and or 2 years Transportation related experience Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fieldExperience in data analysis, preferably in transportation or service industriesAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modelingStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in data visualization and reporting tools Preferred QualificationsExperience with SQL databasesKnowledge of transportation management softwareFamiliarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BIUnderstanding of transportation billing and invoicing processesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelBasic understanding of data cleaning and transformation techniquesAbility to work with large datasets and perform complex calculationsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
