Description We are in the process of expanding our team with a Data Analyst role. Situated in Knoxville, Tennessee, United States, this role is integral to our service-oriented industry. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in extracting and analyzing financial data and KPIs to help our management team make informed decisions. Responsibilities: • Take charge of extracting financial data and KPIs to aid the management team with data analytics for their locations • Establish data into a comprehensive and easy-to-understand dashboard • Actively support multiple locations by providing necessary data analysis • Collaborate closely with the Controller to ensure accurate and timely reporting • Utilize CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word to maintain and manage customer records • Leverage skills in Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Document to optimize processes • Use Microsoft Power BI and Power BI for data analysis and visualization • Engage in Quantitative Data Analysis to support data-driven decision making • Ensure accurate KPI Reporting to guide strategic planning and performance measurement. For immediate consideration please contact Lisa Coker at 865-370-2084 to set up an interview Requirements • Position: Data Analyst • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role • Proficiency in CRM systems is required • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word are essential • Understanding of Business Process Functions is necessary • Experience in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents is mandatory • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Power BI tools is required • Demonstrated ability in Data Analysis and Data Analytics is expected • Experience in Quantitative Data Analysis is a must • Familiarity with KPI Reporting is required.
