As a data analyst on the Agency Marketing team, you’ll support teams that manage all virtual communications with our agents, agent programs, and incentives. In this role, you’ll set up and analyze A/B and Pre/Post test and advance the state of current reporting. Additionally, you’ll make data-driven recommendations to drive our marketing strategy and develop analytics to help identify deployment opportunities.
This is a hybrid role in Cleveland, OH that requires one day of in-office work each quarter at300 N. Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, OH 44143. In-office time may fluctuate based on project or business needs.
Must-have qualifications
A minimum of three years of analytical work experience{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of two years of analytical work experience.{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study.{OR} Successful completion of Progressive's Analyst Boot Camp and Progressive's Internal Analyst Trainee program.Preferred skills
Experience using data querying tool SQLExperience with Excel including VLOOKUP and pivotsExperience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI dashboardsAnalytical reporting experienceCompensation
