Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing large data sets, and supporting various departments including finance, supply chain, and materials.
ResponsibilitiesWork with the IT function on purchasing requests by preparing purchase orders and managing requests in our ticketing system and vendor portals.Collaborate with the Technical Services team on approved hardware, software, and/or services requests to submit purchase quotes, often involving verification with the business.Ensure the appropriate timing and accuracy of accruals related to purchase orders created through correspondence with requestors in accordance with the organization's accounting policies, procedures, and chart of accounts.Resolve vendor inquiries on payment remittance details, misapplied payments, and/or outstanding balances due.Perform other tasks as assigned.Essential SkillsAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with SAP or a strong willingness to learnStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's DegreeAdditional Skills & QualificationsEntry-level candidates with some internship or accounting experienceA passion for working with data and large data setsWork Environment
Professional work environment at our headquarters. Standard hours with a focus on collaboration and growth within a highly visible department that supports multiple business functions. This is an on-site position offering an excellent opportunity to build foundational skills in SAP.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00
