Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote Data Analyst to join their team. Overview: The Data Analyst will benchmark data against competitors, pull together specific reports for the business regarding the product lifecycle, and will analyze the different costs, etc. This team pulls together data insights (ad hoc SQL queries), looks at the trends, looks at what the data is telling us, and synthesizes the data for leadership/business. They are heavily prioritizing SQL from scratch. The candidate should have the ability to write complex queries from scratch, not just optimize queries along with proficiency with Tableau for visualizations. The focus will be taking raw structured and unstructured data, manipulating it, joining tables and ranking the data, then visualizing it to the business. The data needs to be structured to run well within tableau. Python is also a plus along with big query/GCP. Lastly, having business acumen is important as they work with several other teams and understanding the why's when taking ad hoc requests is crucial.
