Zebra is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, with a primary focus on building and optimizing data connections with our outsourcing partners. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical expertise to streamline data integration processes and ensure seamless data flow between Zebra and its external manufacturing partners. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and outsourcing partners to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

 

This role will report to Lincolnshire, IL 3 days per week on a hybrid basis.


Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support Supply Chain initiatives.Ensure data population, accuracy, and integrity through validation and quality control measures.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Supply Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Transportation & Logistics, IT, Data Governance, and Procurement Finance organizations.Assist in the creation of data-driven reports for senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making and ability to present complex data insights in an easy-to-understand format for non-technical audiences.Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar.Proficient in database management concepts & data analysis tools and software, such as Alteryx, SQL, Python, R, or similar.Experience engaging with External Manufacturing partners, especially regarding Bill of Materials & Item master data.Must be located in Lincolnshire, Illinois

Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendationsIntermediate systems knowledge in assigned functional areaCan present data in a visually compelling format to help business stakeholders understand the issues, possibilities and recommendationsPresentation skills - intermediate skills required. Some formal training in public speaking/presentation skills preferred

Salary: USD 67000.00 - USD 100600.00 Yearly


Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
