Job Description SummaryAs a key member of the global sales operations team, the Sales Operations role will support and enable the sales organization through data-driven insights, efficient sales processes, and effective performance management. This position will work closely with the sales team, cross-functional partners, and leadership to improve sales performance, optimize funnel hygiene, and build impactful dashboards to visualize key sales metrics.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage data analytics and reporting processes to support sales strategies and decision-making.

Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key sales performance metrics and track sales health.

Drive funnel hygiene management and ensure sales teams are following best practices for pipeline management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment on sales targets and initiatives.

Provide ongoing sales process improvement recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Partner with sales leadership to communicate performance trends, provide insights based on data and suggest areas for improvement.

Ensure consistent use and optimization of Salesforce CRM across the sales organization.

Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to address business needs and questions.

Required Qualifications:

Able to legally work in Mexico. This position can work remotely within Mexico.

Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.

Bachelor Degree from accredited university or college plus minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Operations or similar role, preferably in a software or technology environment.

Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau, and Excel (advanced level).

Proven track record in data analytics, reporting, and building dashboards in Tableau.

Familiarity with sales pipeline management and funnel hygiene best practices.
