The position will also develop reporting, dashboards and presentations with regular reporting and as requested. CMDB asset recording, updating, validating, and auditing which includes various contracts for leased computers and printers. This position works independently and uses sound judgment in making decisions. Responsibilities:   Maintains CMDB asset records and performs updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.  Examines ticket, CMDB and contracts data reports to identify, validate and resolve data errors to ensure accurate dataCollects, interprets, and analyzes data to identify and report on patterns and trendsCreates business reports, including data visualizations and dashboards, that provide insight into key data pointsPresents the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managementDevelops and improves quality control procedures, reviews existing processes and suggests new approaches and practices, to help ensure that published data is accurateWorks closely with the TSS Account Management team to identify and audit user network access rights and update as needed. Enters, updates, and validates computer and printer lease contract records. Also creates and provides reports and presentations Qualifications and Requirements:        Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required      Minimum of one (1) year experience tracking, updating and reporting on IT assets      Must have education or experience performing statistical analysis      Must have strong knowledge and experience with Excel (VLookUp and data manipulation) and Google Sheets      Experience working within Salesforce to run and export data is highly desirable Benefits and Perks:        $24.00 – $26.00 per hour       Medical Benefits        Training & Growth Your New Organization: Join a highly respected organization headquartered in Omaha, NE, that values professional growth and teamwork.
