QUALIFICATIONS

·       BSc/ BA in Business or Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

·       Proven experience as a Data Analyst including data mining, analysis and reporting in a healthcare, pharma, or medical product environment.

·       Experience in a healthcare, pharma and/ or B2B technical sales environment.

·       Experience with supply chain processes (e.g. purchasing & inventory management) and order management processes.

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

The employee must demonstrate ongoing competency in completing all duties and responsibilities of this job description, in response to changes by the regulating body, as well as agreed upon specific goals and objectives.

PERFORMANCE REVIEW

Performance will be reviewed on an ongoing basis with a formal review at the end of the three-month probationary period and subsequently, on at least an annual basis. Input will be sought from employee, supervisor(s) and management. In addition, the employee will also be reviewed based on any ongoing client feedback and the extent to which performance meets expectations.
