For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $40 - $43 / hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** Responsibilities: • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, process, and analyze data to provide actionable insights. • Visualization & Reporting: Create clear and compelling data visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau or Quicksight. • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven strategies are effectively implemented. • Data-Driven Influence: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to influence decision-making. • Data Integrity & Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through rigorous quality assurance processes. **Experience Requirements:** Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. • Experience with SQL for querying and extracting data from relational databases. • Expertise in Tableau for data visualization (experience with Quicksight is a plus). Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role. • Strong communication and soft skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of audiences, including VPs and other senior leaders. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
