Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the financial industry based in Newbury Park, California. The role is for a Data Analyst who will be part of our team, performing a range of duties related to processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also be in charge of monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Keep customer credit records up-to-date and precise • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Work with SQL and PowerBI for data analysis and presentation • Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira, BusinessObjects Technologies for project management and data processing • Perform Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in our processes • Conduct AB Testing to optimize our customer application process • Use Agile Scrum methodologies to work effectively within our team • Leverage Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Business Requirement Document skills to support our business strategy • Utilize Microsoft Power BI for advanced data analysis and visualization.
