FocusKPI is looking for a Data Analyst to join the one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company.  The client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their growing team. You are responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets to inform business decisions. Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the US Duration: 12 months contract  Pay Range: $50/hr to $57/hr Responsibilities: Data Acquisition and Management: + Collect and integrate data from primary and secondary sources + Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and data systems Data Analysis and Interpretation: + Filter and clean data to ensure quality and accuracy + Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets + Apply statistical techniques to analyze results and provide insights Reporting and Communication: + Develop and deliver regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations + Interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Qualifications: + Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent experience. + Technical Skills: + Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation. + Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). + Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques. + Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus. + Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify meaningful insights.  + Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner.  + Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
