Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and meticulous Data Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for cleaning and organizing data within spreadsheets to ensure the highest level of accuracy and precision. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with large datasets, identifying inconsistencies, and applying best practices in data management and data quality.

ResponsibilitiesReview, clean, and structure large datasets in spreadsheets (Excel, etc.) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.Identify and correct errors, such as duplicates, missing values, and incorrect formats, to maintain data integrity.Implement and apply data quality standards and best practices to improve data consistency.Collaborate with other departments to understand data requirements and ensure data is prepared for analysis and reporting.Perform data validation, ensuring data aligns with business rules and meets specific requirements.Utilize formulas, functions, and macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.Create and maintain clear documentation of data cleaning procedures and updates.Provide regular updates to managers regarding the status of data cleanup and any issues encountered.Ensure data is organized and easy to analyze, preparing datasets for further analysis or reporting.Essential Skills2+ years of data entry/data analysis experienceIntermediate Excel Skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUPExperience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Additional Skills & QualificationsOracle experienceExperience in the construction industryExtremely curious and possess a problem-solving attitudeVery detail-oriented personalityWork Environment

This role requires working 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. The office is transit accessible, and work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The team is led by career-oriented leadership who value performance and may extend or make the role permanent based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a large company going through an ERP implementation, which is a great resume builder. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
