Description We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The role will involve supporting grid modernization and pipeline development projects, along with strategic initiatives. This role will be conducted in a hybrid work environment, offering a balance between office-based and remote work. The employment type is a long-term contract. Responsibilities: • Contribute to project planning and partake in technology research tasks. • Perform data queries and analysis to support business decisions. • Develop and analyze PowerBI dashboards to visualize data and drive insights. • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate data findings effectively. • Use research skills to support strategic goals and staff augmentation. • Leverage knowledge and skills in Computer Sciences to optimize processes. • Create dashboards to present complex data in an understandable format. • Participate in strategic initiatives to meet business goals. • Assist in the development of pipeline projects by providing data insights. • Support grid modernization projects through detailed data analysis. Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Proven experience in data analysis or a related role • Proficiency in using Power BI for creating dashboards and reports • Competence in research and presentation of data findings • Exceptional ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries • Knowledge in Data Science techniques and methodologies • Ability to align data analysis results with strategic goals • Proficiency in project planning and execution • Experience in staff augmentation and team management • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
