Description Onsite Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst/Specialist to join our team at SCMHC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis, ensuring data security, and developing solutions to meet business needs. You will also act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the organization’s EMR/HER (Credible Behavioral Health) system, driving its adoption and providing ongoing support to end-users. Additionally, you will collaborate between upper management and the IT department to ensure data-driven decision-making and efficient reporting. Key Responsibilities: + Data Management & Analysis: Organize and analyze data to determine business needs and inform strategic decisions. + Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Become the SME for the organization’s EMR/HER system (Credible Behavioral Health), championing its adoption and providing support. + Data Solutions: Develop data solutions from multiple data sources and applications to streamline business processes. + Reporting: Design, develop, and manage regular data reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. + Data Uploads/Submission: Handle daily, monthly, and quarterly data uploads and ensure all required submissions are completed accurately and on time. + Data Security: Ensure the security of data by enforcing proper access controls and safeguarding sensitive information. + End-User Support: Provide assistance to end-users with the EMR/HER system, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any issues. + Training & Support: Organize and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing training for staff on EMR/HER usage. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: + Experience: Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health settings. + Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of EMR/HER systems, particularly Credible Behavioral Health, and ability to support and train users. + Data Analysis: Expertise in retrieving, analyzing, and organizing data from various sources to inform business decisions. + Reporting Skills: Experience developing and managing data reports for different audiences. + Data Security: Knowledge of data security protocols and best practices to protect sensitive information. + Communication: Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate between IT and management teams effectively. + Training & Support: Experience in providing training and support for software or data systems to end-users.
