**Overview**
The Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist will play a key role in supporting our media team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive performance insights. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports, providing data-driven recommendations, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our reporting processes. They will need to be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and have strong knowledge of Power BI and Power Query. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a keen eye for trends and an eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
**Responsibilities**
+ Gather, analyze, and interpret media performance data to support media planners and buyers.
+ Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
+ Knowledge of traditional media analytics, and campaign performance reporting.
+ Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple reporting platforms, including Scarborough, Nielsen, Strata, Prisma, MediaTools, and other media software.
+ Experience working with large datasets and automating reporting processes.
+ Work with internal teams to streamline data collection, reporting, and analysis processes, as well as presenting findings and insights to the media team in a clear and concise manner.
+ Troubleshoot data discrepancies and provide solutions to improve reporting accuracy.
**Qualifications**
+ 1-2 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a media, marketing, or advertising environment.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query) and PowerPoint.
+ Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
+ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and find effective solutions.
+ Ability to learn and adapt to new reporting tools and technologies.
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to present data findings in a clear and compelling way.
+ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience working with advertising, media planning, or media buying data.
+ Knowledge of digital marketing metrics, media analytics, and campaign performance reporting.
+ Identify trends, insights, and opportunities that inform media strategy and decision-making.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $59,185 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
