Description We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our client's team! In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Additionally, our ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities: + Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources. + Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. + Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms. + Create and maintain data visualizations (e.g., dashboards, reports) to communicate insights to stakeholders. + Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions. + Stay current on the latest data analysis techniques and technologies. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or a related field. + 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or within a related role. + Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and R. + Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). + Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and presentation skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering). + Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). + Experience with data mining and predictive modeling.
