The team works 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely, with a rotating schedule for remote days. _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $50 - $55 / hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** + Support the Pega team on Next Best Action decisioning reporting for Customer Operations. + Work as a Data Analyst with a strong overlap in Business Analysis, collaborating with the Charter BI team. + Gather and document requirements for new reports, communicate with the BI group, and review requirements. + Conduct testing and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) with the BI team. + Monitor existing reports in production for performance insights. + Respond to ad hoc data requests using SQL, occasionally writing queries from scratch. + Present ad hoc data requests in PowerPoint to stakeholders. **Experience Requirements:** + In-person interviews are preferred if candidates are open to it. + Strong stakeholder communication skills to understand business needs and decisioning processes. **Education Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
