Description We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and help transform raw data into actionable insights. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, develop reports, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: + Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights. + Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. + Perform SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases. + Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. + Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability. + Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for business growth. + Support predictive modeling and statistical analysis using Python or R (if applicable). + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data strategy and automation. Requirements Required Qualifications: + 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. + Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. + Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. + Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, actionable manner. + Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query). Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and automation. + Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. + Understanding of business intelligence best practices and reporting automation. + Experience working with Google Analytics, Salesforce, or other data platforms. + Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
