Bilingual English and Japanese

Responsibilities: To support and analyze business operations for each company divisions (Sales, Purchase, Merchandise, Marketing, Logistics, Accounting, etc.) to improve activities and efficiency;

· Extract, summarize, analyze and visualize data utilizing database SQL and BI tools, based on demands/requests from management and company divisions.

· Replace current Excel/PDF business reports with formats using a BI tool to present to management.

· Coordinate between Requesters/users and database engineers/DBA technical specialist.

· Other duties as required to support on-going business needs

Skills & Qualifications:

· Excellent English and Japanese language skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills – required

· College degree in field required (information systems/data analysis/statistics major – preferred)

· Knowledge of BI tools – required

· Ability to Create good data visualization (charts, graphs, slicer analysis)

· In-depth knowledge and experiences with data analysis, data structures and database SQL

· Knowledge of statistics – preferred

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

· Critical thinking skills required

· Dependable work ethic

· Ability to work independently and in team settings

· Excellent time management
