Data Analyst/Business Analyst - INTL Mexico

Inside the Plan capability, one of the main enablers is Mosaic Planning, for becoming more capable, more agile and more efficient. Mosaic is a global, integrated, and predictive planning tool aligned to the FP&A module of our global template that is currently operating in certain OUs (Europe, AMESA, APAC and North America) and will be rolled-out across every Sector. The Mosaic Support Senior Analyst will ensure the continuous stability, correction, and enhancement of the Mosaic tools and processes (IBM Planning Analytics & Alteryx& DL). The role acts as the first contact point for end-users related to technical and process questions. Mosaic delivers a systemized capability for the complete planning & forecasting process by each customer, product, and Business Unit across the Sector, as well as reporting analytics for actuals. Ensuring a robust support and support model is a critical element for internal adoption and is critical to providing disruption-free financial capabilities to our senior management. This role will work very closely with the Mosaic Support Manager to lead the support agenda. They will be expected to help coach and develop the other Support Analysts, as well as build capability in both the end-users and IT support. The successful applicant will be expected to cover for the Mosaic Support Manager as necessary, so needs to have strong leadership and communication skills. Given the team structure and deployment roadmap, the incumbent will need to be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently with the broader organization. This position will interact with a diverse group of stakeholders including FP&A, Commercial Finance teams, Supply Chain Finance teams, Change Management, Finance Control, and IT.  Ensure linkages between cubes and master data connections are mapped.  Support core financial planning processes (Month-end closing, Forecast, Strat Plan, AOP, Cost recharges) through data collection, verification and processing, to ensure timely submission to GBS and Sector, looking for automation, digitalization and streamlining of current processes  Work closely with market specific finance stakeholders (Planning, Control, Revenue management) supporting and ensuring a robust and working solution across Europe  Become a SME in the complete Mosaic template design  Work closely with the System Integrator consulting houses to test the system as it is being developed  Escalate issues as they arise to the IT and Business design team - coordinate action plans in response to findings and ensure timely resolution  Ensure linkages between cubes exist (e.g. sales demand to COGS volume) exist and master data connections are mapped  Ensure linkages between cubes and master data connections are mapped.  Partner and provide guidance to budget owners, finance peers and KBS stakeholders (e.g. IT, Facilities, HR) for timely and accurate budgeting, forecasting, tracking of key deliverables to GBS & Sector requests  Create and implement actions that improve budget accuracy metrics on Reporting Package submissions  Collaborate with FP&A Manager / Sr. Manager peers from other GBS Hubs to develop scorecards, sharing best practices and other tools for better overhead expense management and Infrastructure cost analysis  Provide analytic support to help prepare for customer visits  Work on key region/customer initiatives providing analyses and reporting to drive business and region performance  Contribute to an inclusive and collaborative environment We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 5+ years experience as a Data/Business Analyst or similar role  Finance Planning/Forecasting and/or strong analytical skills  Well versed with IMB TM1 o Cube maintenance and data integrity o Proficiency in TM1 functions like dimensions, hierarchies, subsets, rules, and feeders  Experience writing, modifying or testing code strips  Demonstrated ability to interpret system challenges and identify anomalies and trends.  Willingness to get involved in detailed issues, but without missing the big picture/trends that need longer-term action.  Leadership/ability to coach and develop colleagues, both those in the same team and others in the broader organization.  Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively cross-functionally, verbally, and in writing.  Strong written and verbal English  Project and timeline management  Working with other countries across boundaries remotely  Ability to operate autonomously and proactively, managing multiple deliverables at a single time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and with a remote team Knowledge of systems including Alteryx, Power BI, SQL Server null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
