Background:\n
The contractor shall provide comprehensive systems and software engineering, program management, technical, and analytical T&E support services to the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, Operations Support (OS) performing Operational Test and Evaluation of new and existing DHS\/CBP acquisition programs, projects and systems. The contractor shall also provide full spectrum software engineering support for process improvement at the organizational level. \n
Requirements and Qualifications:\n\nCollect, compile, review, analyze, and evaluate test data.\nRun computer models and simulations and analyze\/characterize the resulting output as required.\nConduct studies, analyses and evaluations on operational effectiveness, suitability, and survivability of weapon system programs undergoing OT&E.\nProvide input to develop and\/or revise the final evaluation report.\nPrepare documentation for inclusion in test and evaluation reports.\nPrepare briefings as a part of the report coordination process.\nPrepare lessons learned reports.\nPrepare safety assessment reports.\nPrepare cyber resilience assessment reports.\n\n
Security Clearance:\n\nThere are no specific security classification level requirements associated with this procurement action. Information is deemed unclassified. Contractors supporting this action shall be U.S. Citizens. A full CBP background investigation (BI) and CBP suitability clearance is required for employment on this contract.\n\n
Support Hours: The contractor is responsible for conducting business during core hours which are between 0900-1500. The government facility operating hours are between 0700-1630 Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.\n
Place of Performance: The contractor shall establish clear organizational lines of authority and responsibility to ensure effective management of the resources assigned to the requirement. The contractor must maintain continuity between the support operations at various locations and the contractor's corporate offices. Locations requiring support includes, but not limited to: \n\nNational Place: 1331 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20229\nRonald Reagan Building: 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington DC 20229\n\n
Travel: The applicant may be required to travel to other locations within CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of this contract.\n
