How will you make an impact in this role?

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fraud Data Analyst to join our Global Fraud Organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical approach and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. This role involves developing reports and driving operational excellence within the organization.

Understand business priorities and develop reporting, insights, and solutions to achieve organizational goals.

Partner with colleagues to drive operational metrics and implement actionable solutions

Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to generate meaningful insights.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for performance reviews, contributing to operational decision-making.

Provide real-time support to operations by performing production tasks as vital.

Manage and facilitate business audits, addressing regulatory compliance and reporting concerns.

 

Minimum Qualifications

Solid experience in writing SQL queries and extracting data from databases.

Proficiency in developing Tableau workbooks and dashboards.

Proficiency in Python automation script

Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent analytical and creative thinking abilities.

Proven track record to work independently, manage stakeholders effectively, and engage in problem-solving discussions.

Strong interpersonal skills to present findings, develop appropriate conclusions, and make recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.

Knowledge of machine learning and data visualization techniques will be advantageous.

Prior experience in fraud or risk management is a plus.

Candidates with minimal work experience but strong analytical abilities and a passion for data are encouraged to apply.
