Overview Goldbelt Apex, LLC is an Alaska Native 8(a) firm that specializes in medical logistics, equipment modernization, maintenance, business analysis and innovative technologies to accelerate the delivery of health care across the military, federal, and civilian landscapes. Goldbelt Apex, LLC is headquartered in Juneau, Alaska with offices in Herndon, Virginia. Summary: Goldbelt APEX LLC is currently seeking a Data Analyst II for a five-year contract. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to support biomedical research that aligns with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the United States Army's mission to develop life-saving products, including knowledge, technology, and medical supplies, to maintain the combat effectiveness of the warfighter. This position is located onsite in Silver Springs, MD with up to 10% travel to military sites as needed for data collection. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Advanced statistical analysis using multilevel modeling, structural equation modeling, and longitudinal studies. Developing and testing machine learning models using advanced statistical coding languages. Collection, analysis, and interpretation of a broad array of mental health indicators, including survey data, objective performance data, neurophysiologic performance data, sleep data, qualitative data, injury-related data, and blood biomarker data. Producing high-quality data visualizations. Ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) based approaches. Familiarization with Qualtrics, NVivo, SAS, or Remark. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in quantitative psychology, statistics, informatics, or a related field Two (2) years of professional experience post-degree. Experience training and testing machine learning models using advanced statistical coding languages. US Citizen The salary range for this position is $63,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually.
