Job Title: Data Analyst II
Job Description

This position will support effective decision-making through economic, financial, and market analysis of critical issues, including capacity planning, price and cost modeling, and returns on investment. The role also involves supporting capacity forecasting, budgeting, and reporting efforts for operating expenses, capital, and resource allocation. Additionally, you will design and coordinate the development of systems and tools to keep pace with the group's growing and rapidly changing businesses.

ResponsibilitiesSupport effective decision-making through economic, financial, and market analysis of critical issues.Conduct capacity planning, price and cost modeling, and returns on investment analysis.Support capacity forecasting, budgeting, and reporting efforts for operating expenses, capital, and resource allocation.Design and coordinate the development of systems and tools to adapt to the group's evolving business needs.Essential SkillsUndergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.Graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) with 3-6 years of capacity experience.Strong analytic skills with demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving.Fluency in standard software including MS Excel.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Additional Skills & QualificationsDirect experience in operations or capacity planning is a plus.Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail.Ability to work independently and adjust priorities in a continuously changing environment.Recent graduates from top schools with majors in CS, statistics, math, or engineering are encouraged to apply.Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00
