Job Summary:

Airswift is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join one of our major clients as a Data Analyst II. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to support critical data management and migration activities.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Create and present reports and metrics, facilitating discussions to drive execution. Participate in the development of best practices for product data and content analysis.

Data Management:

Develop, implement, and facilitate processes for data identification, segregation, and cleansing. Conduct quality assurance activities related to data migration and folder permissions.

Documentation and Training:

Write and maintain documentation, procedures, job aids, and training materials. Adhere to and communicate Records Management procedures effectively to stakeholders.

Project Support:

Create and maintain pre- and post-migration checklists and steps. Provide timely status updates and metrics to relevant parties.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of data-related initiatives. Basic Qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or an IT-related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience with Active Directory and folder permissions. At least 2 years of experience with Exchange Public Folders. 4+ years of experience in data cleansing activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities. Flexibility to work nights or weekends as needed. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt project plans to changes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Extensive knowledge of SharePoint. Strong communication and customer service skills.
