Position Summary:

The Data Analyst II will be responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of critical reporting internally and to the Business, providing crucial support to the Order-to-Cash management. The analyst will prepare reports and tools for the workstreams and leadership to track core Key Performance Indicators versus targets, highlight achievements and issues, and ensure consistency, accuracy and quality across all reporting.

The role would suit a candidate with excellent rapport building ability, strong reporting and analytical skills, effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability and passion to achieve critical metrics. Experience in a similar position is crucial to fully grasp the complexity of the role.

Responsibilities:

Extract and combine accounts receivable data from various systems.Prepare and issue daily/monthly reports that support tracking and analyzing of key indicators.Support the regular month end close reporting, managing data accuracy, and ensuring complete high-quality report is ready for the business reviewsDesign new reports based on business requirements, using information from different data sources.Analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks of operations against key performance indicators.Collaborate with key internal partners in the region to ensure alignment and effective communication.Support Finance leadership to meet divisional finance reporting and analysis requirements.Consistently meet assigned targets and fulfil Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Ensure the performance of all tasks is carried out in accordance with company policies, internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.Additional tasks include:Drive the culture of continuous process improvement within the team.Collaborate with GPO and serve as domain expert for all processes.Support with the creation and update of process documentation and training materials for complex processes, as needed.Participate actively to reporting automation efforts as well as projects – including department or cross-functional projects.Coordinate with Audit teams to facilitate testing procedures.Other additional duties or tasks may be assigned periodically by the Line Manager.

Qualifications and experience:

Fluent in English.

General understanding of shared services or finance departments.

Proficiency with data extraction, analysis and reporting and visualization tools.

Working system knowledge of any existing ERPs (example: Oracle E1, SAP).

Solid understanding of databases and data structure and SQL.

Excellent digital literacy and knowledge of the Microsoft Office software is required.
