Location: Hershey, PA * Role Overview:* As a Data Analyst II at The Hershey Company, you will synthesize complex data using analytics, visualizations, and dashboarding techniques to generate insights and drive action within various products, projects, and programs. * Key Responsibilities:* 1. Collaborate with diverse teams to analyze and utilize advanced analytics for data processing across multiple sources. 2. Create data visualizations and dashboards to synthesize insights effectively. 3. Identify opportunities for business improvements by understanding the implications of data. 4. Produce actionable reports leveraging system reporting tools to drive strategy. 5. Collaborate with operational teams to manage inputs and outputs of production systems. 6. Serve as a key contact for production system testing and preparation. 7. Generate and deliver analytical reports that guide strategic decision-making for business leaders. * Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:* • Expertise in data reporting, visualization, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, SAP GRC, ETL/ELT). • Strong knowledge of data gathering, curation, cleansing, and harmonization techniques. • Proficiency in predictive analytics and familiarity with prescriptive analytics. • Data-related technical expertise, including: • Data curation and harmonization • Database development and regulation • Metadata management • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Experience & Education:* • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Analytics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or related fields (Master’s preferred). • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. • Proficiency in SQL-based technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python. #LI-MH1 #LI-Hybrid The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
