Data Analyst III

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst III for a ONSITE opportunity at San Jose CA.

Position Title: Data Analyst III

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Anticipated Start Date: 3/31/2025

Expected Duration: 12 Months

Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]

Pay Range: $65.73/hr-$75.48/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields

5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, data analytics or related fields

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL

Experience with building data pipelines and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), preferably jobs using platforms like Apache airflow or AWS glue.

Experience creating interactive dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, and others, with proven

communication and presentation skills to deliver actionable insights

Experience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a diverse range of stakeholders

Experience working with operations functions preferably in customer service or supply chain

Preferred Qualifications

Background and knowledge of CX, VoC space

Familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Salesforce)

Experience with digital analytics tools like google or adobe analytics.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git

Experience working in the high-volume consumer electronics industry

Experience working with operations functions, preferably in the customer experience or customer support operations space

Must-Have Skills

1. Programming Skills: Python

Proficiency in Python programming language is essential for this role, including experience with popular libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

2. Data Engineering Experience: SQL and Data Pipelines

Experience with building data pipelines and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes using SQL and platforms like Apache Airflow or AWS Glue is a must-have skill.

3. Business Acumen: Understanding Customer Experience

Understanding of customer experience principles and metrics, including ability to analyze and interpret customer feedback and behavioral data, is crucial for success in this role.

4. Data Analysis and Visualization: Working with Metrics

Experience working with metrics and creating interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or others, along with proven communication and presentation skills to deliver actionable insights, is essential for this role.
