Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, designing, implementing, and maintaining data and analytics solutions to support our business objectives.The work model for the role is: #LI-HydridThis role is contributing to the Information Systems Organization in Sesto San Giovanni, Italy. You will act as a reference for the technical design of BI solutions to meet Business stakeholders’ demand.You will be mainly accountable for:•Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.•Design, develop, and maintain data and analytics solutions using Microsoft technologies.•Takes action to ensure targets are met within established safety and quality procedures, corrects malfunctions, and calls on other experienced colleagues and external resources to ensure services are delivered proactively.•Implement data warehousing and data visualization solutions through integration with heterogeneous data sources (e.g. SAP, Snowflake, various database technologies).•Optimize and maintain existing data systems to ensure high performance and reliability.•Provide technical expertise and support for data-related projects and initiatives, acting as a Subject Matter Expert in D&A domains•Engages proactively with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance and implements supplier management related service improvement initiatives and programs.•Deliver and maintain functional and technical documentation of all the IT assets in scope.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Power BI / Fabric, SQL Server, and other Microsoft data and analytics tools.Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.Good management of complexity and time, good interpersonal skills, used to work in a context subject to pressure and criticality in cross-functional, virtual and international teams.At ease in both Agile / SCRUM and classic waterfall delivery models.A collaborative, solutions- and customer-service-oriented approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in Italian and English languages.
