Intern Orientation Highlights
Internship Program Requirements:
Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year in Business Analytics, Statistics, Physics or related field with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027. Must have overall 2.8 GPA.
Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.
Geographical Flexibility: Must be local to Erlanger, KY or surrounding areas
Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2025.

Job Summary:
The Data Analyst intern is a member of the pricing analytics team, developing pricing models and tools to enable the business to make data-driven pricing decisions. The responsibilities include pricing data management, visualization/analytical tool and methodology development, tool maintenance, impact measurement, and developing/enhancing machine learning models for established and new product pricing recommendations.

Design, develop and maintain data science products, PowerBI visualizations, and dynamic ad-hoc frameworks that help commercial teams with day to day pricing and sales activity
Self-starter with continuous improvement mindset
Translate complex business problems into concrete analysis that help drive actions
Write optimized code improving efficiency, scalability, and stability
Requirements for this position include:
Experience with data visualization and data processing tools (e.g., PowerBI, Python/R)
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and accurate usage, etc.) and experience with applications
