**What We Expect of You** + Demonstrated ability to distill key strategic insights from technical information and data. + Strong SQL skills and ability to create reports/ dashboards with analytic tools (Tableau, Powerbi, ACL etc.) is required. + Good programming foundation and understanding of databases with experience working as an analytical programmer an advantage. + Strong project/task management and risk assessment skills + Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills + Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. + Proficient PC and software skills **Your Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree preferably in a relevant field of study (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Economics Statistics, Data Science, MIS, Engineering, Math) + A minimum of 2 years of recent experience with data, including data sourcing, data analysis, and data integration. **Internal and External Contacts** + Internal contact with all levels of management and Branch personnel. + External relationships with outside accounting firms. **Working Conditions/Physical Requirements** Office environment. Ability to operate a computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups.
