Job Summary:
The Data Analyst Lead, Electronic Health Records reports directly to the VP, Cybersecurity and Applications and is responsible for tasks related to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system development. Incumbent has strong knowledge and experience in an EHR enterprise scale application. This includes but is not limited to analysis, development, training, testing, documentation, go-live and on-going support, problem resolution, and maintenance of the EHR system.

Provide technical leadership, coaching and guidance; motivate others to achieve shared aspirations.Champion change and manage the implementation of new ideas and effectively communicate changes and noteworthy events within the organization.Reinforce a team approach, supporting and soliciting input from team members throughout the organization. Recognize integration points within and across various applications and integration points with other downstream systems.Work independently, prioritize tasks based on critical business needs, and provides technical expertise.Complete system builds and documentation in accordance with department guidelines and in adherence to the change management policy.Provide remote and on-site training and support to end-users.Oversee training practices on EHR application to diverse team members.Assist preparing department guidelines, standards, procedures, and policies.Maintain strong understanding of master data maintained in system along with all other upstream and downstream business systems.Train and develop team members as needed.Proficiently produce routine reports and correspondence.Communicate effectively with organizational team members.Apply logic and understanding to execute instructions in various formats.Translate technical concepts effectively to peers, management, and leadership.Actively monitor the identification, development, and execution of strategic objectives. Involve team members appropriately to achieve goals.Perform other duties as required.Experience and/or Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) RequiredMinimum of 4 years-Relevant experience RequiredEmployment Requirements:
Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check.Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance.
